This Product Information Policy explains the characteristics, sizing, materials, intended use, care requirements, and product variations of women’s clothing sold by SORVELCO at sorvelco.com.

5. If you may request a return, keep the tags and packaging and review our Refund & Return Policy before washing, altering, or wearing the garment beyond a careful fit check.

Do not pull excessively on seams, elastic, zippers, buttons, delicate fabrics, or embellishments. Remove creases only by a method permitted on the care label. Contact us before treating an item if it appears damaged or you are unsure how to proceed.

6. Intended Use

Please avoid washing, altering, repairing, or disposing of a garment with a reported issue before contacting us, so that we can assess it and advise on next steps. If you cannot supply photos or videos, contact us to discuss another way to assess the issue.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable consumer protection laws. This page does not create a separate return window or change those rights.

Nothing in this Product Information Policy excludes, restricts, or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.
